Terms and Conditions – Kronfjell Hytte

1. Booking: Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation: Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be fully refunded. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

3. Payment: Full payment must be made within 14 days of booking confirmation.

4. Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents during the stay.

5. House Rules:

   • Cleaning fee: €250,- charged separately.

   • Guests are expected to leave the house in good condition, which includes:

     • Emptying all trash bins (including bathroom bins),

     • Emptying and loading the dishwasher,

     • Vacuuming the floors,

     • Removing bed linens,

     • Emptying and cleaning the Nespresso machine (if used),

     • Returning all items to their original place.

   • Before departure: ensure all windows and doors are closed, all lights are turned off and the heating is set on 14 degrees.

   • If possible, please help by washing the used towels and cloths.

   • Shoes are not allowed inside the house due to the delicate nature of the wooden floors.

   • Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

   • No pets, no events, and no smoking or vaping inside or around the house (including balconies).

   • Maximum guest capacity: 10.
